Candidate FAQ

Does it cost anything to apply or join?+

No. Applying and joining the talent network is free for candidates. Our client companies pay for recruitment; you never pay a fee.

What if none of the representative roles fit me?+

Join the talent network. Most placements come from candidates already in our database, we contact you first when a matching role opens.

Do I need to speak English?+

For most roles, yes, conversational to advanced English, because you work directly with US teams. We also place Spanish-only roles in manufacturing and shared services.

Who will be my employer?+

Some positions are direct hires with the client company; others are employed formally in Mexico through our Employer of Record, with full IMSS, INFONAVIT, aguinaldo and PTU benefits under Mexican labor law.

How long does the process take?+

It depends entirely on the client's interview process and on when a matching search is open. We tell you where you stand at each stage rather than leaving an application unanswered.

What happens after I apply?+

A recruiter reviews your profile and contacts you when it fits an active search. Your profile stays in the network for future roles.
